The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) is the Washington D.C. based trade association representing the vacation ownership and resort development industries (timeshares). ARDA has almost 750 corporate members ranging from privately held firms to publicly traded corporations with extensive experience in shared ownership interests in leisure real estate. The membership also includes timeshare owner associations (HOA's), resort management companies, industry vendors, suppliers, and consultants; as well as owners through the ARDA Resort Owners Coalition (ARDA-ROC).
CVOA is Canada’s only association dedicated to the vacation ownership and resort development industries. It is a community of active industry leaders - recreational real estate developers, vacation clubs, HOA's, exchange companies and financial institutions as well as professionals and suppliers to the industry.
Resort Trades has been delivering industry news to timeshare resort operators, managers and developers since 1987 by sending copies to every resort, every month. The Timeshare Board Members Association, Inc. was organized in 2011 and since its inception, TBMA has focused on its purpose to provide education through a dynamic, continually evolving agenda.
